Our embroideries are unique pieces and are the result of a long and careful research of materials, shapes and techniques. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not offer a refund service. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the event that at the time of delivery the package appears to be in altered condition, please sign with reserve and contact us as soon as possible at the email address info.stitch65@gmail.com
